1. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to every Moduly user, workspace, prompt, upload, generation, review, export, automated action, API request, outreach list, and connected publication. It applies whether material is public, scheduled, in draft, or used outside Moduly after export.
You remain responsible for Customer Material and each use of output. A successful generation, risk scan, source match, or approval workflow does not transfer that responsibility to Decennium.
3. Pet-health and regulated claims
You must not publish an unsupported therapeutic, disease-prevention, guaranteed-result, safety, veterinary-approval, drug, supplement, food, feed, pesticide, or other regulated claim. You must accurately identify the product class and target market before relying on a claim workflow.
Diagnosing, prescribing, recommending dosage, discouraging veterinary care, inventing clinical evidence, or presenting a product as curing, treating, preventing, or mitigating disease are absolute P0 prohibited categories. You must not request, approve, export, publish, or otherwise use that content. When Moduly detects it, no evidence or Customer setting can override the block and the affected content cannot be approved, exported, or published through the Service. Moduly may also reject the generation request. Automated controls do not guarantee that every wording or language will be detected.
A no-finding result is not approval. You must keep the evidence and market-specific review appropriate to the claim, product, audience, and publication date.
4. Evidence, testimonials, and endorsements
You must not fabricate, materially alter, or hide the origin or limits of evidence. In particular, you must not:
- invent studies, citations, certifications, laboratory results, safety testing, customer reviews, veterinary statements, before-and-after results, or regulatory status;
- present Catalog, Radar, public-web, or AI-retrieved material as brand-authorised truth without verification;
- use a testimonial, influencer, employee, affiliate, gifted product, or paid partnership without any disclosure required for the target market and channel; or
- remove a qualification, population limit, material condition, source date, or warning in a way that makes a claim misleading.
5. Synthetic media, identity, and disclosure
You must have rights to every logo, packshot, voice, likeness, location, copyrighted work, and personal image used as an input or reference. You must not create deceptive impersonation, intimate imagery, fabricated veterinary endorsements, or media likely to be mistaken for an authentic event where that would mislead or harm.
AI-generated or materially manipulated image, audio, or video that could falsely appear authentic must carry a clear disclosure where law, channel rules, context, or reasonable audience expectations require it. Public-interest text must retain human editorial review and an accountable publisher, or carry an appropriate AI disclosure.
6. Personal data, lists, and outreach
Do not upload health, payment, authentication, child, confidential, or other sensitive personal data unless the feature expressly supports it, the data is necessary, and your organisation has a documented lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
Do not scrape private data, buy or infer unlawful contact lists, send spam, conceal the sender, ignore suppression lists, or automate outreach without the notices, consent, opt-out mechanism, and records required in each recipient market. Moduly prospect suggestions are research candidates, not permission to contact a person.
7. Brand assets and intellectual property
Do not upload or publish a trademark, logo, product image, music, font, article, dataset, or other protected material unless you own it, are authorised to use it, or a lawful exception applies. A public image or Catalog record is not a licence.
Do not use Moduly output to conceal plagiarism, remove rights-management information, train or assemble a competing model or dataset in breach of the Terms, or falsely claim exclusive ownership of material that may contain third-party rights.
8. Security, automation, and platform integrity
You must not:
- share credentials outside authorised users, evade seats or quotas, or split an organisation to avoid payment or limits;
- probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape private areas, or introduce malicious code, except for good-faith security research expressly authorised in writing;
- bypass Claim Guard, human approval, provenance, access control, rate limit, metering, connector scope, or publication disclosure;
- automate high-volume generation, outreach, export, or publication beyond documented APIs and plan limits; or
- resell, sublicense, white-label, or operate Moduly for unrelated third parties without an Agency plan or written agreement.
9. Enforcement, appeals, and reporting
We may reject a job, remove access to a connector, preserve relevant evidence, reduce rate limits, suspend a user or workspace, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, an animal, a person, a customer, a channel, or legal compliance. Where practical and safe, we will explain the category of issue and allow correction or appeal.
Report suspected abuse, infringement, unsafe pet-health content, or account compromise to hello@decennium.app. Include the workspace or public URL and enough detail to investigate, but do not email passwords, full card data, or connector secrets.
